Carla Jourdan

Carla Jourdan is an experienced project manager and web developer with a strong background in fundraising, customer success, and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Project Manager for the East Bay Rowing Club, Carla has successfully launched a fundraising campaign for a scholarship fund benefiting underrepresented youth, partnered with local businesses, and exceeded post-COVID fundraising goals. At the Berkeley Rowing Club, Carla increased member engagement and facilitated seamless online payment processes, resulting in improved dues collection. Previous roles include web production and customer success management at Title Nine, where Carla implemented innovative employee engagement strategies and managed e-commerce platforms.
