Michaela Kearney

Michaela Kearney, PMHNP-BC, currently serves as the Psychiatric NP Residency Clinical Manager at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center since July 2023. Previously, Michaela worked as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at OptiMindHealth from October 2019 to June 2023 and at Boston Neurobehavioral Associates from September 2018 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes an internship at Cambridge Health Alliance in 2017 and serving as an HR Assistant at Community Health Resources from July 2015 to July 2016. Michaela Kearney holds a DNP/MBA with a focus on Cultural Humility from Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, a Master's degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from Boston College, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Williams College.
