Stevan Mitic

Stevan Mitic is an experienced professional in the hospitality and wine industries, currently serving as the Office and Marketing Manager and Office and Events Coordinator at East Capital since June 2019. Previously, Stevan held the position of Restaurant Operations Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where responsibility included overseeing Butcher & Still Steakhouse and functioning as Sommelier for all restaurant outlets while managing a team of 19 employees. Prior to that role, Stevan worked as a Cellar Master and Sommelier for Celebrity Cruises, managing a team of Sommeliers onboard. Early career experience includes membership in the Serbian Sommelier Association, focusing on consulting and expanding wine culture in Serbia, alongside training new Sommeliers and conducting wine tastings. Stevan's educational background includes multiple Sommelier qualifications from the Serbian Sommelier Association and a Bachelor's degree in philology from the University of Belgrade.
