Ty Houglum

Ty Houglum began their work experience in 1997 at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, where they held the position of ITS3 until 2004. In 2004, Ty joined East Central Energy. Ty started as a Network Administrator and later became a System Administrator. In 2014, Ty was promoted to IT Manager, and most recently, they hold the position of Vice President/ CIO, which began in November 2020.

Ty Houglum attended Bemidji State University from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography with a focus on Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
