Mitchell C. Heaps has a diverse work experience in the lacrosse industry. Mitchell C. is currently serving as an Inventory Control Manager at ECD Lacrosse since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Team Sales Coordinator at Universal Lacrosse from June 2017 to March 2020. Mitchell C. also gained experience as a Youth Club Lacrosse Coach at Hereford Lacrosse Club - HLC from August 2016 to March 2019.

Mitchell C. also worked as a Sales Associate & Game Day Staff at the Philadelphia Eagles from July 2014 to January 2017. Additionally, they held the position of Men's Assistant Lacrosse Coach (Offense) at Harford Community College from December 2015 to May 2016.

Mitchell began their lacrosse career as a Boy's Varsity Volunteer Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Red Lion Area School District in February 2015. Mitchell C. also gained experience as a Sports Information Intern / Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Husson University from August 2013 to May 2014, where they also contributed to game management.

In terms of retail experience, Mitchell worked as a Team Sports Associate at DICK'S Sporting Goods in July 2012. Overall, Mitchell C. Heaps brings a wealth of lacrosse industry and coaching experience to their current role as Inventory Control Manager at ECD Lacrosse.
