Andrew Porter

Andrew Porter is an experienced yacht broker currently employed at East Coast Yacht Sales since January 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew served as Service Manager at The Hinckley Company from 2007 to January 2022, overseeing service for both power and sailing yachts, including transient service, refits, and winter storage. Andrew also held the position of Project Manager at Alden Yachts from 2005 to 2007, managing projects in the service yard, and worked as a boatbuilder at CW Hood Yachts from 2003 to 2005, contributing to the construction of various yacht models. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Colby College and a Certificate in Boatbuilding from The Landing School, with specialties in cold-molded boat building, systems installation, and woodworking.
