Alando Tucker

Alando Tucker has a diverse work experience. Alando currently holds the position of Special Projects & Strategy Director at East Lake Management & Development Corp. Since 2021.

In 2016, Alando founded the ARCITEC FOUNDATION, a not-for-profit organization focused on providing awareness, access, and resources to community-based centers of influence to promote life skills empowerment for youths and adults. Additionally, the foundation created an initiative to provide elite basketball training for active-duty military members and youth aged 6-12.

Prior to that, in 2015, they also founded ARCITEC BASKETBALL, LLC, an international consultancy specializing in mentoring students and transitioning professional athletes to establish sustainable post-athletic careers. The consultancy also organized annual camps across America, involving transitioning professional athletes in community development-based activities and programs.

Furthermore, Alando served as the Director of Student-Athlete Engagement at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from an unspecified date in 2017 until January 2022.

Additionally, Alando has experience as a professional basketball player for HAPOEL TEL AVIV from March 2016 to April 2017. HAPOEL TEL AVIV is an Israeli football club and has won multiple championships and State Cups.

From 2003 to 2007, Alando Tucker attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Alando pursued a degree in Bachelor of Science with a major in Life Sciences Communication.
