Samuel Garbutt is currently the Head of Whisky at East London Liquor Company, where Samuel also holds the role of Distiller and Spirits R&D. Prior to this, Samuel co-founded the bespoke bar and cocktail company, Department of Good Cheer. Samuel also worked as a Session Drummer at Audio Commune and as a Distiller at The London Distillery Company Ltd, where Samuel was involved in the production and development of various gin products. Additionally, Samuel served as a Bar Supervisor at The Doodle Bar London. Samuel pursued their education in Modern Music, earning a BA (Hons) from the University of Sussex and a ND in Music from Hereford College of Art and Design.
