Matthew Foulds

Matthew Foulds is an experienced professional with a diverse background in economic development, sustainability, and business operations. Currently serving as a Board Member for East Lothian Food & Drink LTD and an Economic Development Officer for East Lothian Council, Matthew focuses on enhancing local food and drink businesses and delivering projects aligned with the council's economic strategy. As a co-founder and Managing Director of The Eco Larder, Edinburgh’s first Zero Waste Supermarket, Matthew championed sustainable practices and community education. The entrepreneurial journey also includes co-founding Sunshine Yoga LTD, where responsibilities included business development and teaching. Previously, Matthew held various roles at Lingo24, progressing from Senior Marketing Analyst to Global Sales Operations Manager, where expertise in market research and business analytics was developed. Matthew holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Edinburgh Napier University.
