Will Rogers

Will Rogers is an experienced executive in the rail industry, currently serving as Managing Director at East Midlands Railway since January 2020. Prior roles include Managing Director at Arriva Rail London from May 2016 to December 2019, and various leadership positions at CrossCountry Trains from October 2009 to May 2016, including Production Director and Head of Fleet and Engineering. Will Rogers began a career in the transportation sector as a Consultant at Interfleet Technology from February 2001 to January 2009. Will Rogers holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Surrey, earned between 1994 and 1998.
