Channing Congdon

Maggie Howe is an experienced energy development professional with a proven track record in project management and team leadership. Currently serving as Director of Development at East Point Energy, Maggie manages a team of Project Developers and oversees development efforts across multiple East Coast markets. Previous roles include Project Developer at East Point Energy, where responsibilities encompassed managing the entire development process for projects ranging from 2 to 200 MW, and Co-Founder of Brevard Clay. At Gwynn Valley, Maggie held the position of Director, coordinating resources and managing staff recruitment and training. Early career experience includes serving as an Analyst at SRA International, supporting the EPA in emergency management initiatives. Maggie holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a B.S. from Georgetown University focused on Energy & Environment.
