Kyle Jenkins

Kyle Jenkins is a development engineer at East Point Energy. Kyle has previous experience working as an engineering coordinator at Swinerton Renewable Energy and a solar specialist at Oregon Clean Power Cooperative. Kyle also served as a peer advisor at Oregon Institute of Technology.

Jenkins began their career as an engineering coordinator at Swinerton Renewable Energy. In this role, they coordinated design deliverables for assigned projects from outside engineering consultants, including electrical engineers, structural engineers, civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, and project surveyors. Kyle also coordinated all permit applications and filled out appropriate paperwork and gathered all required supplemental information.

Jenkins then transitioned to a role as a solar specialist at Oregon Clean Power Cooperative. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the construction of solar photovoltaic systems. Kyle also provided training and support to customers who were interested in installing solar photovoltaic systems on their property.

Jenkins is currently a development engineer at East Point Energy. In this role, they are responsible for developing renewable energy projects. Kyle also provides technical support to clients who are interested in installing renewable energy systems on their property.

Kyle Jenkins has a Master's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology. Kyle is also certified from NCEES in FE Electrical and Computer.
