Melody Goodell, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, marketing, and talent coordination. Currently serving as the General Manager and previously in various roles including Studio and People Operations Manager and Training and Development Specialist at East River Pilates since 2018, Melody excels in overseeing operations and mentoring educators.
