Susan Johnson

Susan Johnson has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Susan started their career in 1997 as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care at Parkwest Hospital. In 2005, they joined East Tennessee Children's Hospital and held various roles including Staff Development Specialist, Workforce Development Coordinator, and Workforce Development and Engagement Manager. Susan is currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development and Learning at East Tennessee Children's Hospital.

Susan Johnson obtained their first degree, an Associates of Science in Registered Nurse, from Walters State Community College from 1996 to 1999. Susan then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Tusculum University, which they completed between 2010 and 2012. Later, they attended Bryan College from 2014 to 2016 and obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Development.
