Stephen Ducker

Stephen Ducker is a seasoned GIS professional currently serving as a GIS Planner II at the East-West Gateway Council of Governments since April 2022. Previously, Stephen worked as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at T-Kartor USA from October 2019 to April 2022 and held the position of Manager at New Legacy Partners from June 2015 to June 2019, where responsibilities included researching and collecting data on development projects in the Washington DC metropolitan area, tracking permits, zoning, and sales records. Stephen holds a B.A. in Art History from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an M.A. in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from Saint Louis University.
