Nasiba Nazarova

Nasiba Nazarova currently serves as a Gender and Social Inclusion Officer at the East-West Management Institute, where responsibilities include creating a contact base, monitoring regional trainers and experts, supporting national partners, drafting work plans, and facilitating the dissemination of lessons learned on gender equality. Prior to this role, Nasiba worked as a Gender Program Officer for ARD Inc. under the USAID Legal Reform Program in Uzbekistan, where tasks involved providing administrative support, organizing events, and managing expert documentation. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Assistant at the INGO Regional Dialogue Branch Office in Uzbekistan, focusing on logistics and organizational support for project activities. Nasiba holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Philology from the National University of Uzbekistan.
