Frank Runner

Frank Runner is a seasoned quality engineering professional with extensive experience at East West Manufacturing since November 2016, currently holding the title of Senior Quality Engineer. Responsibilities include acting as the primary customer quality contact, leading the MRB process for non-conforming materials, and overseeing the CAPA process and ISO internal audits. Frank also plays a pivotal role in New Product Introduction (NPI) quality reviews, PPAP approvals, and is the owner of the source inspection process. Prior experience includes a tenure at Hoover Precision Products as a Quality Engineer and roles in plant engineering and supervision, where Frank managed quality control, handled customer complaints, and budgeted for plant improvement projects. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Georgia Southern University.
