Jeff Tadin

Jeff Tadin is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in product development and program management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at East West Manufacturing since December 2016, Jeff evaluates technical feasibility for OEM-designed components, translating functional product requirements into actionable technical specifications and developing quality protocols. Previous roles include Program Manager at EVCO Plastics, where Jeff developed solutions for custom molding, and at Bradshaw Home, where Jeff achieved significant revenue growth through effective product development for branded cleaning products. Jeff's earlier experience includes overseeing product innovation at Royston LLC and managing project developments at Kids II. Jeff holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Christian Brothers University.
