Jorge A Napoles

Jorge A Napoles is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and enterprise architecture management. Currently serving as the Global Infrastructure / Enterprise Architecture Manager and IT Manager at East West Manufacturing since January 2022, Jorge previously held the role of IT Manager at Compass Electronics Solutions from August 2018 to January 2022, overseeing operations at the ELP Site and JRZ 2 site. Jorge's earlier positions include MIS-IT Manager at Protech Global Solutions Inc. and Network Administrator at Inventec from July 2007 to July 2018. Jorge holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Universidad Cultural and a Master's degree in HR and Logistic from the same institution.
