Robert Silvestre

Robert Silvestre is an experienced engineer and leader with a strong background in operational development and engineering management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at East West Manufacturing since December 2021, Robert previously held the position of Chief Technical Officer at Công ty CP Nghiên cứu và Sản xuất Vinsmart for a brief period in 2020. Notable earlier roles include Head of Operations at Foxconn and a volunteer position focused on strategy creation and operational development at the Guga Kuerten Institute, which aims to facilitate social transformation for underprivileged youth. Robert's extensive experience at Nokia over 14 years encompassed various leadership positions, including Head of Operational Development and Senior Manager of ODM Operations.
