Rebecca Harris-Stokes

Rebecca Harris-Stokes has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Rebecca is currently working as the People and Transformation Director at East West Railway Company since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Organizational Development at the UK Trade Remedies Authority from March 2021 to July 2022.

In 2019, Rebecca was the Global Lead for Talent and Careers at London Stock, and from 2018 to 2019, they held multiple roles at Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd., including the Organisation Design Project Lead Consultant and the Head of Associate and Organization Development.

Before that, they worked as the Head of Learning and Development at Great Portland Estates from 2016 to 2018. Rebecca also served in leadership positions at Dialog Semiconductor, Cluttons, Allen & Overy, Lambert Smith Hampton, and P&O Cruises, where they gained expertise in areas such as corporate social responsibility, sustainability, university relations, and training and development.

Rebecca Harris-Stokes attended the University of Warwick from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science.
