Drew Groharing

Drew Groharing has a strong and extensive work experience in various executive roles. Drew is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Eastek International Corporation since February 2023. Previously, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Revcor from September 2020 to June 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and support functions. As the Chief Operating Officer at Revcor from November 2017 to September 2020, they successfully developed a post-acquisition sales and operations plan and implemented a comprehensive multi-stage manufacturing plan. Prior to their time at Revcor, Drew worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Revcor from December 1998 to November 2017, where they played a key role in identifying and integrating new businesses, as well as expanding operations in Mexico. Before that, they worked as the Corporate Controller at DFG, LLC in 1998 and held various financial management positions at USRobotics/3Com from 1994 to 1998. Drew began their career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young in 1987. Drew's expertise lies in finance, executive management, strategic planning, and operational improvement.

Drew Groharing obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Bradley University from 1983 to 1986. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Psychology during their time at the university. Drew has also acquired various certifications throughout their career, including becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in March 1990 from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Furthermore, they obtained the title of Registered Certified Public Accountant from the State of Illinois - Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in December 2006. Later on, in July 2013, Drew earned the designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
