Susy Hurlbert

Susy Hurlbert is the Chief Executive Officer of the Eastern Connecticut Association of REALTORS since March 2016, previously serving as the Director of Executive Services at the Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS® from November 2006 to March 2016. Prior experience includes a role as Executive Assistant at Nationwide Insurance from 1997 to 2006. Susy Hurlbert holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Colorado Denver, where studies focused on public policy, organizational leadership, and domestic violence, as well as a B.S. in Human Services from the University of Connecticut. Recently, in July 2023, Susy Hurlbert completed a certificate program in Managing Yourself through Harvard Division of Continuing Education.
