Nikita Shah

Nikita Shah, PharmD, is a clinical pharmacist at Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) since September 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing pharmacy technicians, providing drug information, educating physicians on non-formulary alternatives, and ensuring the sterile production of IV antibiotics. Additionally, Nikita participates in medication use evaluations and collaborates with healthcare providers during medical rounds to enhance patient care. Concurrently, Nikita has been a retail pharmacist at CVS Health Inc since August 2012, fulfilling roles as a clinician, manager, and leader while managing patients with various medical conditions. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Studies, both from UConn School of Pharmacy.
