Simarpreet Kaur

Simarpreet Kaur is a Medical Laboratory Technician at Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) since May 2022, previously serving as an Associate Research Scientist at Vyome Biosciences Private Limited from October 2014 to March 2017. At Vyome Biosciences, Simarpreet contributed to the development of novel antimicrobial and antifungal treatments for skin conditions and was involved in extensive biological and pre-clinical testing. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology from Guru Nanak Dev University (2011-2013), an honorary research trainee position in Medical Mycology at Vallabhai Patel Chest Institute, Delhi University (2013-2014), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology from Guru Nanak Dev University (2008-2011). Prior education includes high school studies at Delhi Public School Aligarh and Army School Kaluchak, and formative education at Vishakha Valley School in Vishakhapatnam.
