Zainab Alyousif

Zainab AlYousif is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Business Services at Eastern Health Cluster since January 2018. With a strong background in financial transformation and contract management, Zainab leads several significant projects, including the corporatization of the organization into a legally independent entity. Zainab has also contributed to the COVID-19 response by developing volunteer objectives and assessing service delivery needs. Prior to the current role, Zainab held various positions at the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia, including Ada'a Health Performance Improvement Officer, where Zainab was instrumental in building the Ada'a system and facilitating major cultural change. Zainab holds a Master's degree in Health Information from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Information from Saudi Electronic University.
