Bob Mitchell

Bob Mitchell is currently the Director at Eastern Health. Prior to this, they were with Mission Australia, University of Divinity, and Christian Journal for Global Health. Bob has also served on the board of Western Health from July 2010 to June 2019, where they chaired the Audit and Risk Committee and the Governance and Remuneration Committee. Additionally, they are a Board Member of ACT Alliance, a coalition of nearly 150 churches and church-related organisations working together in over 100 countries, and has been since December 2017. In this role, they are also the Chair of the Global Board and the Governance and Nominations Committee, and a Member of the Finance Audit & Risk Committee. Finally, they were with Melbourne Anglican Diocesan Corporation from February 2016 to April 2020 as the Deputy Chair.

Bob Mitchell has a Ph.D. in Applied Theology from the University of Divinity, a Master's Degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Flinders University, an MPhil in Public Policy Analysis from Griffith University, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law from QUT (Queensland University of Technology). Bob also has a Graduate Diploma in Taxation in Tax Law/Taxation from CQUniversity.
