Mandee Olsen has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Mandee started their career as an RN at Harborview Medical Center in 2006, where they worked until 2009. During this time, they gained valuable experience in patient care. In 2008, Mandee joined Kittitas Valley Healthcare, where they held various roles. Mandee started as a Med/Surg Charge Nurse, providing care to general medical and surgical patients and assisting in chart audits for quality improvement. In 2011, they took on the role of Lean Facilitator, contributing to process improvement initiatives. In 2012, Mandee became the Director of Quality & Risk Management, responsible for overseeing quality and risk management programs. In September 2020, they were promoted to Chief Quality Officer, where they currently hold the role. With their background in quality improvement and patient care, Mandee brings a well-rounded skill set to their work in healthcare.
Mandee Olsen, RN BSN CPHQ completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington between 1997 and 2004. Mandee then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the same university from 2004 to 2006.
