Matt M. Tibbles

Matt M. Tibbles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, consulting, and community development. As Co-Founder and Consultant at Generative Futures Consulting, LLC since May 2021, and as Executive Director at OUR COMMUNITY PLACE since July 2023, Matt focuses on impactful community programs. Matt also serves as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at James Madison University, guiding master's level occupational therapy students in developing population-based programs. Previously, Matt contributed to Eastern Mennonite University as an Instructor and Adjunct Instructor and held the role of Communications Manager at CJP-IKON. With a background in managing educational services and community initiatives, including the Education Services Manager position at Women In Safe Homes, Matt is dedicated to youth empowerment and public awareness initiatives. Matt holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Transformation from the Center for Justice & Peacebuilding and a Bachelor of Arts in Youth and Family from Harding University.
