Tony Tanico

Tony Tanico is the President and Founder of Eastern Meridian Property Group, established in February 2017 in Tampa Bay, focusing on community-oriented real estate investment opportunities. Prior to this, Tony served as Executive Vice President of Development at Barclay Group from August 2006 to February 2017, where responsibilities included negotiating and closing numerous high-value retail and residential development deals. Tony began their career as a Construction Project Manager at Morton Plant Mease Healthcare, managing significant hospital projects, and gained early experience as a Civil Engineer Intern at American Consulting Engineers of Florida. Tony also served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, training Marines in nuclear, biological, and chemical defense. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Pre-Engineering from St. Petersburg College.
