Keith Shoemaker, Ed.D. has extensive experience in the education field. Keith is currently the Director of Teaching and Learning at Eastern York School District since 2022. Previously, they served as the Middle School Principal at Eastern York Middle School from 2009 to 2022, where they also held the position of Acting Principal for a brief period. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Principal at the middle school from 2009 to 2015. In addition, Dr. Shoemaker has worked as an Adjunct Professor at Wilson College in 2016. Keith also served as the Interim Principal at Eastern York School District in 2012. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of educational programs and activities for an elementary school and managed various daily activities.

Keith Shoemaker, Ed.D. completed their education in a chronological order. Keith obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in the years 1997 to 2001. Keith continued their education at Penn State University and completed a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from 2006 to 2008. Later, they attended Immaculata University and earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree specializing in Educational Leadership and Administration, General, which they accomplished between 2009 and 2016.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Keith Shoemaker, Ed.D. holds various certifications. Keith has an Administrative Certification K-12 for Principal from the State of Pennsylvania, an Instructional Level II Certification K-6 for Elementary Education from the State of Pennsylvania, and a Pennsylvania Student Assistance Program Certification (SAP) from the State of Pennsylvania.
