Kina Evans

Kina Evans is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in special education and program development. Currently serving as the Business Owner at BULLYTALK INC. since January 2023, Kina also holds the position of Program Developer at Celi Grant and has been a Special Education Teacher for Hayward Unified School District since August 2019. In addition, Kina has worked as a Behavior Specialist at Easterseals Bay Area since August 2017 and previously supervised the kids club at 24 Hour Fitness in 2017. As the NAACP Hayward Youth President from June 2012 to July 2017, Kina demonstrated leadership in youth advocacy. Kina's educational background includes a Master of Science in Special Education and Teaching from California State University - East Bay, along with a Bachelor's degree in History Teacher Education from the same institution and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Chabot College.
