Fearghal Reid

Fearghal Reid has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Fearghal has recently served as the Director of Information Strategy & Compliance at Easterseals Redwood, where they empower nonprofits through strategic information management, regulatory compliance, and data security. Fearghal aligns technology solutions with organizational goals to create an efficient information ecosystem. Prior to this, Fearghal held positions such as Director of Business Intelligence and Director of Data Strategy at the same organization. Fearghal also worked as the Grants & Program Implementation Manager and Grants, Research & Special Projects Lead at Easterseals Redwood. Before that, Fearghal was the Director of Development at Giving Kids a Fighting Chance. Fearghal was responsible for generating funding and managing development initiatives. Fearghal also worked as a Grants Manager at Cincinnati Youth Collaborative, overseeing grant processes and reporting mechanisms. Fearghal gained technical support experience as a Technical Support Analyst at Allstate Northern Ireland. Fearghal started their career as a Vacation/Resident Assistant at the University of Ulster.

Fearghal Reid, CFRE, CSM, holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Ulster University, which was obtained between 2008 and 2012. Fearghal also earned a Bachelor's degree in History and English Literature from the University of Stirling from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their academic achievements, Reid holds certifications in Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, acquired in May 2023, and CFRE certification from CFRE International, obtained in March 2021.
