Terra Heitzman

Terra Heitzman SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Terra began their career as a Unit Manager at Bagshaw Enterprises, Inc. in 2004, where they worked until 2011. Terra then transitioned to a role as a Guest Services Associate at Darden from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, Terra joined the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) as a Treatment Coordinator. Terra later moved on to Transitions, where they held positions as Director of Vocational Services from 2016 to 2018 and Director of Operations from 2018 to 2019.

In 2019, Terra joined Redwood as the Director of Adult Services until 2021. Terra then became the Vice President of People Operations from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Talent and Quality Management at Redwood since 2022. In addition to their work at Redwood, Terra also works as the Vice President of Adult Services at Easterseals Redwood since 2024.

Throughout their career, Terra has gained extensive experience in various areas, including human resources, operations, and program management. Their combination of positions in both non-profit and corporate environments showcases their versatility and adaptability in leading and managing teams.

Terra Heitzman SHRM-SCP earned their Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2015.
