Marta Oliveira is a seasoned urban design professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Senior Urban Design Officer at Eastleigh Borough Council since June 2022, Marta has previously held positions as an Urban Design Officer at Winchester City Council and as a Project Architect at OB Architecture.
