Karnan Jeganathan

Karnan Jeganathan has extensive experience in the field of quality assurance and management, spanning over 25 years. Karnan is currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance at Eastman Exports Global Clothing Pvt Ltd. In their role, they are responsible for ensuring the quality standards of the company's products.

Prior to their current position, Karnan worked for Master Linens Inc. as the Assistant General Manager. During their tenure, they were instrumental in setting up the factory and implementing standard operating procedures. Karnan managed a team of 110 people and supervised both production and quality assurance processes.

Before Master Linens, Karnan served as the Manager QA at Reliance Trends Limited for over a decade. In this role, they evaluated new vendor capabilities, coordinated with various teams for pre-production processes, and planned inspections across vendors.

Karnan also has experience as the QA/QC Head for Bangalore Division at Eddibaur, where they handled US brand EddiBauer for both knits and woven garments. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Quality Controller at Apparel Direction & Design-Reputed Buying House, where they handled various US brands and was responsible for the entire operation in Bangalore.

Karnan began their career as a Quality Controller at Eastman Exports Limited and N R U Spinning Mills Ltd, gaining valuable experience in maintaining quality standards in textile manufacturing.

Karnan Jeganathan completed a Diploma in Textile Technology from Thiagarajar Polytechnic College, from 1992 to 1995. Later on, from 2014 to 2017, Karnan pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Retail Management from Tamil Nadu Jobs, focusing on textiles, garments, and retail industries.
