Ali Kalakech

Ali Kalakech has over 13 years of work experience, starting as an IT Administrator with Spinneys Middle East in 2005. Ali then transitioned to roles at EastNets, where they progressed from Service Delivery Consultant in 2008 to Head of Cloud Managed Services Operations and Presales in 2018. Throughout their roles at EastNets, Ali has demonstrated proficiency in managing teams, refining sales processes, and delivering solutions to meet customer needs.

Ali Kalakech completed their Bakaloria graduate in Mathematics at Marjeyoun National College in 2000. Following that, they pursued a degree in Information Technology & Computing at Arab Open University, which they completed in 2006. In addition to their formal education, Ali has obtained several certifications including Certified Sales Professional, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and SWIFT Payment Solutions.
