Elsa Magsombol is an experienced professional in customer service and technical support, currently serving as the Customer Service Manager at EastNets since December 2005, where responsibilities include assisting customers with SWIFT-related inquiries and providing first-level support for SWIFT and EastNets Service Bureau issues.
