Michelle Dattada

Michelle Dattada is a seasoned professional in the field of social work and clinical training, currently serving as a Clinical Trainer at Rippl since March 2024. As a Co-Founder of Meraki CEUS since May 2019, Michelle focuses on providing accessible continuing education for social workers and clinicians. Prior experience includes roles as a Clinical Project CM System Trainer and Coordinator at Eastpointe Human Services, and Clinical Social Worker with Duke Homecare and Hospice. Notable earlier positions involve serving as a Technical Advisor at Alliant Health Solutions, Inc., where Michelle engaged with primary care providers to enhance behavioral health treatment. Michelle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, has extensive experience in outpatient therapy across various organizations, providing counseling services to diverse populations, and has an educational background comprising a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
