Tim Andren

Tim Andren has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and management. Tim has worked at Eastridge Workforce Solutions as the Regional Director of Sales, where they delivered direct hire and contract contingent workers for clients in various industries. Tim also served as an Enterprise Account Executive and Sr. Business Development Representative at the same company. Prior to joining Eastridge, Tim was the Recruiting Manager for Finance & Accounting at McDermott & Bull Executive Search. Tim was responsible for leading the Finance & Accounting division, handling business development, team management, and P&L management. Tim also worked at McDermott & Bull as an Associate to Managing Partner and Executive Recruiter, specializing in retained executive search and strategic business development for private equity-sponsored growth companies and multi-billion dollar corporations. Additionally, Tim is the Founder of Talent Acquisition Leaders (TAL), a network for recruiting and HR professionals.

Tim Andren attended Chapman University, where they studied Marketing. Tim completed their education at Chapman University in the year 2000.
