Pauline Chen

Pauline Chen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pauline started their career at EON CMG Life Assurance Berhad in 1997 as a Marketing Executive, specializing in Bancassurance and Group Life. In 1999, they joined Ban Hin Lee Bank as a Financial Services Executive. Pauline then moved to Libra Invest Berhad in 2002, where they held roles as a Zone Sales Lead and later as a Senior Product Executive. Since 2011, Pauline has been working at Eastspring Investments, initially as a Product Manager for Unit Trust Funds. Pauline later transitioned to roles focused on Sustainability, ESG, and Digital, first as a Product Manager and currently as a Senior Product Manager.

Pauline Chen's education history begins with their secondary school education at MGS Kuala Lumpur, where they obtained their SPM degree from 1988 to 1992. Following that, they attended Taylor's College from an unknown start year to 1993, where they achieved a South Australian Matriculation degree. Finally, they pursued higher education at Curtin University from 1994 to 1997, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Pauline Chen has obtained various certifications in fields such as sustainable finance, digital marketing, responsible investment, business sustainability, and more. These certifications were earned between the years 1997 and 2023, from institutions such as the Asian Development Bank Institute, Google Digital Garage, and the University of London, among others.
