Wei Li Loh

Wei Li Loh has a range of work experience in different HR roles. They are currently working as an HR Manager at Eastspring Investments. Prior to that, they worked at Rocktree as an HR Services Manager and then as a Regional Senior HR Executive. Before Rocktree, they were an HR Operations Specialist (Asia & Pacific) at Coesia S.p.A., where they oversaw system management and HR infrastructure services, led international projects for HR digitalization, reviewed employee benefits and welfare policies, consolidated performance metrics, managed the payroll system, and handled budgeting and employee onboarding/offboarding. Wei Li Loh also worked at the Ministry of Law, Singapore as a Senior Executive (Benefits & HR Systems) and as an Executive (Employee Engagement). They were responsible for various employee engagement activities, internal communication management, and content development. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Officer at the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore and as an HR Executive at Vital Shared Services.

Wei Li Loh has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (Marketing) from RMIT University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Diploma in Business Administration (International Business and Trade) from Singapore Polytechnic from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various Microsoft Office programs and completed a workshop on understanding the Work Injury Compensation Act.
