Xin Shao

Xin Shao is Head of China at Eastspring Investments and General Manager & Legal Representative of Eastspring Investments Shanghai (EISH) and Eastspring Overseas Investment Fund Management. He is responsible for driving the growth and development of offshore and onshore offerings with key clients and distributors in EISH, and supporting Eastspring’s strategic initiatives in Mainland China.

Prior to joining Eastspring Investments in August 2022, Xin was Managing Director of Principal Global Investors China. With over 20 years of industry experience, Xin has held various senior-level positions across asset management firms, including Beijing Jiumu Capital Management Company, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Changsheng Fund Management Company and China Asset Management Company.

Xin holds a Master of Finance from the University of New South Wales, Australia and a Bachelor of Accounting from Beijing Technology and Business University, China.
