Gemma Gaerlan, CPA, CMA, CPM, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Chief Finance Officer at Eastvantage since December 2022, Gemma also provides consulting services at RR BPO RPO Solutions. Previous roles include Vice President at TOA Global, Chief Operating Officer at EY, and Senior Director/Head of Operations - Finance & Accounting at AIG. Gemma's career began in finance management positions at ClientLogic and Backroom & Monitoring Support Centre Inc., among others. Gemma holds a leadership qualification from the "Leadership Beyond the Theory" program completed in 2021.
