Josie Arroyo

Josie Arroyo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and executive support. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Eastward Partners Inc. since August 2022, Josie previously held a position in executive search at Egon Zehnder from January 2012 to August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Real Estate Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Walmart Latinoamérica from November 2007 to January 2012, and as Office Manager and Executive Assistant at AAXICO Sales, Inc. from October 2003 to October 2007. Josie holds a Project Management Certification and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration/Project Management, both from Columbia Southern University.
