Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the role of Director-Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, where responsibilities included managing global BPM-Pega presales and consulting initiatives. Prior to that, various senior architect and solutions architect roles were undertaken at Lloyds TSB, Wipro Technologies, and MasterCard, focusing on BPM architecture, process optimization, and team management. Sebastiraj's earlier experience includes positions at Level 3 Communications and Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd, contributing to product development and BPM platform architecture.
