Jose Justicia

Jose Justicia has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Jose is currently working as the Chief Operations Officer at EASY Payment & Finance, EP - SAU since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President Operations at Itaú starting from August 2017.

Earlier in their career, Jose worked at BBVA, where they held various roles. Jose started as a Junior Financial Advisor in June 2002 and later became an Assistant Area Manager responsible for overseeing the daily reporting of 40 branches in the Madrid city center area. Jose then transitioned into the role of a Financial Advisor, managing a portfolio of up to 200 clients in Private Banking. During this time, they provided advice on cash management, insurance coverage, and investment planning while ensuring compliance with KYC and AML procedures. Finally, Jose served as a Bank Branch Manager at BBVA where they successfully developed strategies to increase the branch's revenue, implemented operational risk control measures, and provided guidance to clients on cash management, investments, and insurance coverage. Jose also played a crucial role in AML and Compliance analysis on new clients.

Jose Justicia completed their Licenciatura en Economia degree in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2001. Jose later pursued further education and obtained an Executive MBA from IE Business School. Additionally, they completed the EMBA program from Brown University and the IE Brown EMBA program from IE Business School, both in 2020. Jose also holds certifications in data analysis and business metrics from Coursera Course Certificates, as well as certificates in data science orientation and analyzing and visualizing data with Excel from edX.
