Benoit Carrelet

Benoit Carrelet is an experienced professional with a strong background in production management and product engineering. Currently serving as Directeur de production at Maison Roches since March 2019, Benoit also holds the position of Directeur de site industriel at EASYBIKE GROUP, where responsibilities include recruitment, team training, and substantial personnel growth. With a long tenure at DECATHLON FRANCE starting in 2005, Benoit has progressed through various roles, including Ingénieur produits, where technical oversight of electric bike development and project management in industrial strategy is a focal point. Prior roles include working on the V’Lille project and as an apprenticed engineer focused on continuous improvement efforts in China. Benoit completed education at Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers, earning a BTS in Génie Mécanique and Productique from 2005 to 2008.
