Niels Henrik Josiassen has a diverse range of work experience. Niels Henrik co-founded and served as the Managing Director of Easy Correct, a company focused on developing writing skills among students through software feedback on written assignments. Niels Henrik was the owner of Gateway Japan for almost a decade and was a board member of QuantAds, a company providing software tools and consulting for optimizing online sales channels. Niels Henrik was also a strategic advisor in the field of management consulting and held various positions at Halbye Kaag JWT, including Client Service Director and Account Manager. Additionally, they served as a Pre-Jury Member for the Danish E-business Award and worked as an Account Manager at OMD Denmark.

Niels Henrik Josiassen's education history includes multiple degrees and programs. Niels Henrik attended the Copenhagen Business School from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In 2001 to 2003, they attended the IT-Universitetet i København and completed a Master of Science degree in IT & Strategy. Niels Henrik also participated in an exchange program at the University of St.Gallen in 2002, pursuing an MBA-exchange. In the same year, they attended the Singapore Institute of Management and acquired a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
