Alessio de Marco

Alessio De Marco serves as the Business Change Practice Lead at easyJet since May 2021, responsible for recruiting and managing the Business Change team and orchestrating enterprise-level roadmaps for business change alignment with strategic priorities. Previously, Alessio held the position of Senior Business Change Manager at easyJet, overseeing strategic change transformations and fostering relationships with airline leaders. Earlier experience includes a Change Manager role and Change Support Manager role at John Lewis Partnership, where Alessio designed and delivered change management interventions. Additionally, Alessio held various positions in the retail leadership team at Waitrose & Partners, gaining expertise in operational project implementation. Education was completed at Ousedale School from 2006 to 2013.
